808 State

Formed in 1988 originally as a partnership of Martin Price and Graham Massey, several others were on board in the early days. Most of their tenure has been Price and Massey wit DJs Andy Barker and Darren Partington. Gerald Simpson was also involved in the first few releases. They are pioneers of Techno and Chill styles. Active through the mid 1990s, and only sporadically after 2000.
